This is something that’s been in the wings for a while and after a fair bit of discussion lately we (the 2 Marks and I) plumped for the 23rd Jan in Sheffield.
The plan is to take a rather beery tour of the various pubs and drinking establishment’s in Sheffield, starting at the Sheffield Tap, which if it’s as good as the one we visited in York the other day it will be great (although a little pricey) followed by places like the Hillsbrough hotel, Devonshire Cat and the Kelham Island Tavern, amongst others.
Everyone is welcome, as the old saying goes, the more the merrier! Mark D is coming up from ‘daan saaf’ and is looking at the possibility of going to Manchester or Leeds on the Sunday, and I might just join him there too…providing I am still standing.
So if you fancy popping along let one of us know so we can keep a rough tab on numbers!!
