Beer lovers in Northallerton will soon be able to quench their thirst at Truefitt’s Tap. Due to open for the second bank holiday in May Truefitt’s first bar will serve cask, keg and bottled beers. The beers will of course include the range from Truefitt Brewing Co as well as showcasing beers from other breweries. There will be 4 cask ales, 2 premium lagers, 1 keg beer and one keg cider, all rotating regularly to keep things fresh and interesting,
There will also be a selection of speciall selected spirits including Gin from both Yorkshire and Durham. Giving visitors the chance to sample local tipples along with those from further afield in the bar’s relaxed but modern setting.
The bar is owned and ran by mother and daughter team Val and Steph Truefitt, who are both looking forward to bringing Truefitt Beers to Northallerton and hope the bar will become a beer destination for both locals and those further away. The tap is located behind the popular white horse chip shop formerly known as the wine press.
I can’t wait for it to open and i’m already thinking about getting a rail card!
