Sited in an old brewery building, what was the Ashton Gate Brewery
How long have you been brewing for?
8 years
How did you get into brewing?
Grew up in Belgium, did work experience at Artois in Leuven before going to Manchester University
What beers do you brew regularly?
Acer, Red, #7, Sunrise, Exhibition, Bristol Stout, Milk Stout
What special/seasonal beers do you brew?
Hefe, Southville Hop, Ultimate Stout, Bristletoe
Where do you think the future of brewing lies?
In good shape..
What is you proudest moment in brewing?
Not really a proud person, Acer has come out very well though
Do you have any brewing regrets?
No
What is your brewing ambition?
The usual, own my own brewery one day etc

Acer
What is your favourite hop?
Sorachi Ace
Do you have a Brewing hero/inspiration?
Talking to other people for inspiration
Favourite hobby outside of brewing?
Sleeping eating, drinking, bobbing about and the usual night time activities, shooting, fishing etc
